Perspective (Part F)

The Coaching Perspective is what we bring with into the coaching profession. We are who we are before we become Coaches. Often we tend to deny who we are but as we practice our coaching our true self shows up. In this podcast I am put myself out there so that my clients know exactly what shaped my world view and what do I bring to the coaching sector. I am proud of who I am, and I would like my clients to also be proud of who they are. That way I will be able to facilitate their transition into who they want to become in the future.
