Public Coaching Through Daily Inspirations is my way of connecting with me coaching clients and stakeholders. I do not do it for any commercial interest. It is my contribution to the bigger world. In this episode I am putting my daily inspirations into context. They are not just a fun way of touching the feelings and moving people into action. It is indeed what public coaching is about. Courage & Inspiration

Learning by Reflection is about storing content and knowledge in our long-term memory, i.e. it is like filing a book in the library in a way that you can retrieve whenever the need arises. Any stored information, content or knowledge that cannot be retrieved and applied is wasted and is of no use to anybody. So, reflection is necessary as it helps in the effective storing of knowledge. In this episode we are reflecting on the daily inspirations of the week 14th to the 20th April 2019. We are reflecting on the daily inspirations and how they impacted on us. Journaling in Coaching

In this episode I share with you on the role that Journaling plays in Coaching, and my own case study how I used it to confirm my eight (8) top talents. The case study question is: What are my unique talents? What do I do differently, better, more naturally than others? Make a list! I answered these questions and came out with the eight top talents. The impact of coaching is felt in between the Coaching sessions. Journaling is one of those actions between the sessions that coaching clients should do. Coaching Intake

The Intake Session helps the coach develop a better understanding of the client’s needs, their way of working and helps the client understand what coaching is, what to expect and the role of the coach and client. It also clarifies admin, billing and deals with any questions your client may have. This is often called Chemistry Session in the coaching language. Professional to Entrepreneur

The era we living in is characterized by high levels of unemployment. We need many professionals to consider becoming entrepreneurs and creating jobs. However, the majority of professionals are trapped in employment mindset. They are fearful of the unknown world of entrepreneurship. As a result they choose to do nothing. This is a sad state of affairs as the whole world needs their expertise to contribute to creating jobs. Impact and Greatness

From the time we are born, we grow and develop into multi-interested individuals. We keep on acquiring and developing new interests daily. Our natural instinct is to learn about everything and wanting to know it all. Over time if this is not channelled accordingly it can become overwhelming for us. Effective Teams

What is a Team? A group of people brought together does not necessarily constitute a team. They only become a team when they have a shared purpose, are aligned, support each other, and work for each other. Newcastle Expo 2019 (No. 2)

Newcastle Business & Entrepreneurship Expo 2019, took place at Blackrock Casino, Newcastle, Kwa-Zulu Natal, Republic of South Africa on the 7th March 2019.
